Presentations and Posters

Presentation Guidelines: Giving a presentation at the Region X Student Conference is a great way to share your research and get feedback on your ideas. Each presentation should fit within a 15-minute time slot.  Please limit your presentation to around 10 minutes to save time for setup and Q&A.

The student presentation order is to be determined after registration is closed.

Poster Guidelines: The poster session will wrap up the conference with time to explore other students’ research and discuss your own research with interested students. Easels and poster board will be provided.

OTREC provides a poster template that is helpful if you’ve never made a poster before or want to refine your skills. Use this page for inspiration, but feel free to be creative!
